Just to check, will i have to buy anything else to fit to a MY04 WRX or is this an all in deal ie everyhitng ready to set up and go.

Forgive me but this talk of senders and plates has confused me. Oh, and whats the for's or againsts of an electrical guage vs a mechanical one.

Cheers

Put me down. The gauges I have don't read properly. They're also branded Prosport but not like the ones above. Plus I got them from eBay so willing to try again.

Copy and paste the names and add your names at the bottom guys, i think we should have the 10 required for the group buy now

They come with individual pods, but it might be worth us trying to organise another group buy for a din size triple gauge holder or something??

You can put my name down as soon as we get confirmation of the following:

1. What other sensors/fitments and senders do we need to get these gauges working on an Impreza?
2. Where we can buy said fitments, sensors or senders.
3. Can we specify what gauges we want - I'd be interested in boost, air-fuel and oil pressure.

Sorry to be picky but what's the point in spending £100 on universal gauges if it turns out we need to spend £400 more to get them working. Might as well buy the real McCoy defi's if that is the case.

you may be able to specify-

as for pods, some one sent me an pm but i wiped it cleaning my inbox, he was saying to get intouch with some one

jake

i will now send pm's out to every one.

Saxo Boy do you really think it'd take another £300 to the sake or an extra sensor, or a T-piece if we needed them? Anything like that is available from Demon Tweeks, they might be expensive with some things but they're nowere near £300

Are A/F gauges not useless unless used with a wideband?

Hi Jake,

Cheers for putting this together. Put me down for a set. If poss I'd like to swap boost for one other in his range (already have boost gauge) - do you know if he'll do that?

cheers

I'll have:

1x52mm electric oil temp
1x52mm oil pressure (Green) Electric?

Can you get air - Fuel ratio gauges as well??

Gentleman,he needs an order for 3 more of the GREEN gauges otherwise they won't supply them!

Come on these will look spot-on in a newage UK STi,matching the existing clocks a treat

Ok, put me down for a set of the steppers: Boost, Oil Temp, Oil Pressure.

I reserve the right to change my order if it transpires that I can get Boost, Oil Pressure and AFR for around the same money.

I'd grately appreciate it anyone could give some indication of what is required to adapt the senders for Impreza fitment. There must be someone on the site that has fitted these.

By the way, I've always wondered - what is the value in knowing the Exhuast Gas Temperature, what can you learn from this? I assume you'd know if you were leaning out but surely you could just get an AFR gauge?

EGT gas is better, iirc if you go over 900 degree's then your not running well.

AFR gauges are pretty useless unless used in conjunction with a wideband lambda, which is usually expensive to set up and inacurate without this. EGT bolts into the manifold which may require you getting a thread tapped in, preferably where all the runners join to get an even reading of all 4 cylinders.
