Hi guys (Midland Scooby and SCCE)
We used to have a regular Coventry and Birmingham every month but the organiser for over four years got far to busy to carry on organising the meets.
Back in the "old days" we had a few members from Midland's join us in Cov.
This whole meets started as a Birmingham meet however we still had people from Coventry joining our meet then we also had people joining this meet from other areas around Birmingham so we decided on a central area (Meriden central location of England) hence the development of the name.
SCCE is not or ever considered moving into the Midlands territory (if thats how the children like to think of it) its based around Birmingham and Coventry as I don't remember Midlands scooby organising a meet around Birmingham area.
SCCE were planning on joining one of the Midlands meets in Notts when we get ourselves organised and if we are still welcomed.
I've oraginsed meet around the area and I know where i8gtmf is coming from and I think he does a great job. just a bloody shame when other members start criticising use for organising something that only has good intentions.
