Funny you say that as I too spent ages looking for a black one. Since owning mine, the more I see the blue ones, the more I like em.

Ha ha I know what you mean I have been looking for a black one for ages and originally went to look at a blue one and was then shown this one in his pvt collection.

Frayz's bug is certainly one of the best! There was a thread a few years back where people put there name down for black only, probably quite out of date now. I'm always toying with getting a newer one but love the rarity of ours.

Yeah the Prodrive bugs are getting rarer and rarer.
If recent thread are anything to go by. Only 330 of them left on the road in the UK.

Wow that is not good. Well like you did I intend to keep mine and not sell it on in a few years time. I would love to get a picture of the black ones together would be great to get a list together of known ones?

I bought mine in Feb last year. In that 11 months I've seen at least 10 go through the breakers (including a black one I was going to buy but got pipped to it by a breaker
) All adds up to them holding their value well though!

Its a real shame that we can rescue them all from the breakers but there is to much money in it for them to stop doing it.

Looks like a prodrive that's been in an accident, it has prodrive skirts, spoiler and lights. Front grill is jdm as the bonnet looks to be as it's a different shade of blue in my eyes?
