That's an understatment it was a Frocking animal... I think due to the setup also its very snappy and trick to keepup with... I could have been smoother but i was on the gas pretty much contantly pushing the car hard orund the corner rather than just drving it around... you can see the difference following the other Atom around the top bend, there was almost no sliding and correcting with a constant throttle... whereas normally i was trying to power the car around the corner... not sure if its ant faster, maybe a little but it's more scary those big twitches were around 90mph..

Cheers Dazza for the passenger laps
When you doing the next one?

That top bend can catch you at 90 plus , there are a couple of hidden undulations that upset the car each time. Shocks you the first time, but the more you get used to it, the faster you go, and more fun it is
Circuit layout looks similar to december, although not as tight a croner after the passing the pits.
I was managing to touch 160 on the long straight

last time i was hitting 145-150, this time took it easy really on the long bit... 160 is going some though... although thats probably 145 really.. last time i did a flyer in the scoob at elvington my speedo was reading 150 at the marker but my true speed at the speed trap was 139...
Top end isn't for the Atom tbh, its as earodynamic as a wellington

LOL, i dont think 8000rpm in 4th is as slow as 145, its near 160, and i was lifting off just before the timid chicane so as not to hit the limiter
Really enjoyed your videos, was hoping you would catch the porsche though, would love a passenger lap sometime, if you can put up with me giggling like an idiot (its what i do when i think a car is going quick)
Atom cant be anymore aerodynamically challenged than a scooby wagon, surely
Steven

Quality video clips in the Atom - very entertaining - hope the tyres held up tho!
Ah, a wet and windy Elvington. Reminded me of the last one I did.
Clip from before the tree huggers turned up
F360 CS at Elvington
Hmm, that engine noise. Nothing quite like it

That track layout looked much more interesting.... wonder if they'll do it like that again...
