Rubbish pic but you get the idea

Sorry to dive in here. I just fitted some of those LED's they are damn good but now my headlights look yellow

Does anyone have a solution to getting a white look H4 without going to the expense of HID?

Thanks

I have some Halfords own bulbs which "are not for road use" which are both very good lights and not a bad colour

Cheers Brun.. Bought a pair from there in desperation on Boxing day (one of mine had blown) I forget what they are called but they claim they are super bright, you can see further etc etc. To be honest I think they are pants!

Thankfully they were buy one get one free otherwise I would have been mighty annoyed!

LOl, man i went to LED sides cos they were yellow when i fitted a 6000k HID kit..

I didnt think anyone would go the other way around lol.

TBH mate nothing comes close to the light output from HIDs, dont waste your money on anythiong else.. spend the extra and you'll be glad you did.

Mine are not the super bright - they are ultra blue i think
I've had various bulbs including PIAA, Ring, Philips and these are the best of the bunch IMO - nowt on HID i guess.
Anyone in West Yorkshire fitted HID's that i can see in the flesh?

Yep, I stuck some LEDs into my side lights and they make the headlights look really yellow.
If I could afford this HID kit on the group buy I would get them.

Hmmm, seems I'm not alone with this.

Has anyone tried the powerbulbs own brand 6000k xenons?

Going to try themI think, @ £10 per pair, it has to be worth a try.
