Hi ,

Please note we have to fit these in with our other orders , that is why we have quoted 2-3 weeks once order is confirmed + we have to allow 1 week for anodizing ,

I will keep everyone up to date as we make them.

Never knew you had to play music to keep the robots happy.

Are they into "Heavy Metal"? Or "Light Alloy"?

That's gotta be quicker than a file & a bit of wet & dry though.

Wow you have been a busy boy Chris.

I can see my crank pulley. Third row in & two from the back. It's the shiny silver one.

Quick question on the anodising. If left with no coating are they prone to corrosion? Oxidised ally looks crap with all that white powdery deposit. I noticed a bit of rust on the back of my OE steel Power Steering pulley.

Does the anodising offer much protection or is it more cosmetic?

Hi mate,

No they are not prone to corrosion , not for a long time but having them anodised will make them last longer.

Hard anodising is the best but you can't have them hard and coloured at the same time

You have some capable equipment there Chris.

I am not in a hurry for mine so you can put that order to the back of your production schedule.

Let me know when/if you proceed with the air con main pulley. I am interested in what you come up with and potentially need 3 no., possibly 4 no.
