I have spoken to everyone from ESB about this and we can only say sorry

But if you had not noticed we had not convoyed with the group as we had stopped for food to eat and was amazed we had caught everyone up when we had come a different way .

Again we are sorry if we had caused any offence to anyone in Southend.
