Porsche Brake upgrade − £1,695

Full Leather Interior − £1,995

18" Enkei Alloy Wheels with Pirelli P−Zero Corsa Azim road legal motorsport tyres − £2,080

My apologies, meant £50k, with the extras that were included in the 5th gear car

I was not saying it is only £45k - just that it was only £45 copared to the initial £60k that rb5 286 quoted or the £50K that he revised it down to.

Compare that £45k to a GT3 or FQ400 - looks good value and you wouldnt really need to do any modification to it.

Whereas with the RB320 you would want to start tinkering with it from a performance viewpoint and would then hit a big jump in expense for forged internals, turbo upgrade and coilovers to give the potential of the T25 - not a vast difference in money in the end.

i have to admit the rb320 is a lovely looking car
and last week i put my name down for one
following a weekend at PE with pele and co
i feel i would not be happy with the drop in power
this would mean upgrade time and hence no warranty
today i took my name off the list
i hope i dont regret this like i did after 1999 when i declined the
offer of a new rb5 before press release

type 25 for me
