Just been in touch with Rich@ powerstation about the upgrades basically its a turbo/injectors/pipework/actuator and mapping the new turbo spools up on par with the vf36 he didnt go to far into detail but it will give you a reliable 400 I will have a better crack in the new year with him when it goes for its service.

You won't get 400 bhp from the std turbo but with some careful changes to actuator, induction, exhaust, and engine management you can get a reliable 375/375 from the std engine, I had 384/379 from my Sti9 before I sold with it running at a marginaly lower set of figures. It has to be mapped to suit the mods using fuel at the level of V Power or Tesco 99. Given a turbo improvement than 400 is a comfortable target. I have GC8 cars (several) running at that power level on std internals with associated mods plus a couple of WR1's and at least one "normal" UK Sti.
