Dont know if you know or not, but the Springs, would either set fit a classic (sport) and will they lower it compared to standard?

Dont know about lowering it, im sure they will fit and will stiffen it for sure and give better handling

Would any of those springs uprate/ lower a 1997 uk impreza turbo and be ok with my standard struts?

They will stiffen the suspension and improve handling somewhat, but will not raise height as newage cars are heavier.
