Well, I haven't got a clue this at the moment, need someone to look at it for me. When it starts eventually, it runs like a bag of nails, like a misfire or a cylinder/piston has gone. It knocks and bangs really violently
Thing is it wont drive so need to trailer it somewhere or find someone to come out to look at it. I am going to post up on hampshire forum to see if anybody living local wants to come over to listen and give me some advice

gutted, as for the way it sounds!
it sounded like you had empted a back of nuts into a washing machine,
think its got to be the sadest noise ive heard down the phone (scooby baby dying ) but we will get the organs & tranceplants thats needed and all will be well soon!
will phone you soon

Keep a stiff upper lip Old Chum. You shall come back bigger and better no doubt, and will receive a glorious salute in front of the Squadron flag, to a chorus of angels and rapturous applause from...............NURSE! NURSE!.....MY PILLS!

And some more silly pics:
Salute on one foot
Scarf action
Flexi legs
In formation
Lady pilot
Feeding the bullets
Evasive action
Tally ho for take off
the snake manoeuvre
At more than 150mph, the wagons pass each other in opposite directions. And still the flag remains upright!!
Yet more formation salutes
Hanger shot

Ian (Trails) - glad you enjoyed it - you got some great pics there. And thanks for being up for posing for mine. Hope the "commemorative folder" puts "it" in perspective. And Dan is the MAN with the flag !!! He braved flying stones so we could get those pics.

Steve
How unlucky. At least you gave the old girl the right send off I'm sure every STi wagon would want to be blasted down a track just before departing runway Two Fiver Left heading large car park in the sky.
Now seems a good time for a project.... a 2.5 STi block in 99 STi wagon
I cannot wait to see the all the video footage.... Christmas DVD perhaps
