Tis a fair comment but something that should have been laid down in the rules prior to voting commencing. At the end of the day the best 12 shots will be used I don't think the the odd vote by a WAG is gonna sway the numbers too much..

I've no doubt there is/has or will be some suspect votes but the cars are there to be voted on however good or bad they are, and you'll always gets mates voting for each other....

I will say though that if I think a vote is suspect (i.e perhaps a username is not valid/not used or even foul play) I may/may not enter that persons vote onto the database. They won't be aware of this of course.

As you say just have to wait and see though.

I think voting should be based on the artisticness and photography skills of the actual picture, not because of the person who drives it or what the car looks like, the car in the picture is just an added bonus, whether it be all the car or just some of the car.

I just wanted to clarify that should I want to vote for a pic with Baz's car in, I could, anyone else could of asked the same question before voting, it doesn't mean your final vote will include your partners car.

May i also point out that dispite some good photos from some budding photographers,

this is not actually a photography contest..

Its about what pics we want, and what cars we have to look at every month for the next 12 months

Have to agree with you frayz!! Theres plenty of photography sites out there for those budding photographers, the calender shoud be based on the look of the car, after all, it is a car calender!!!

SO why did so many people try & get a GOOD BACK GROUND to there Picture then???
If its the car you want to see???

And in this case i take it that Pictures that have MORE scenery than Car in i should discard???

As ive narrowed mine down to 14 & with this light, i can scrub another 9 straight away!!!!

I think you should vote for the pics that you really like, and if that is because they have a good back ground or a plain back ground then so be it. does it really matter.

Not everyone like the same thing, so why the questions.

Everyone had a chance to make their pics good as they could.

Personally I think the best pic is the one with "Tiny and Mrs ESC on it and that one has no back ground at all, unless you can count the blue paint.

And I'm not voting by the way
