The weather forcast for the weekend seems wonderful, so perhaps we could have two blasts around the countryside one before the grub and one after, I'm just trying to find an excuse to stay in my scoob a bit longer, as you said peaking to soon is not really a good thing and we could bring our boxes of fire works and set them off somewhere remote with a good bit of parking when it gets dark, imagine the photos, scoobs under fireworks Ive got a very big bright torch so there will be no danger of "Wheres the bl@@dy fuse for this thing" give me some feedback, I know some people might not want a whole day of it, but it could be fun especially for the kids and the bigger kids

Fire works and parked cars dont go look at what happened at the cruse it only take a small misshap and someone's pride and joy needs bodywork repairs.
Fire works are for another time not a south wales scooby meet.

That why I mentioned somewhere remote with good parking ie, far away from cars, after last nights cruise going sour I wouldnt want anything bad to happen to any SWS cars, I for one couldnt live with myself.

Light as many fire works as you want but it will be nothing to do with me

I dont want to be a stick in the mud but think about it

Does anyone have full control over fire works once they are lit

I just had this horrible thought of driving with boxes of fireworks in the back of the car , maybe I'll take a rain check, see if there are any proper organised one's around for the kids. I know I carry an extinguisher in the car at all times but thats besides the point. I wouldnt want to cause damage to any car or human.

Good man , you know it makes sence

I was at a wedding a few weeks back and some fireworks were let off quite a long way from the car park but a rocket just missed landing on a TVR

Not a problem, casts my mind back to new years eve, when all the neigbours were setting them off, got up the next more and firework debris all over the car, not a happy bunny.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO PLEASE NO FIREWORKS v.c is getting excited remind me to tell the story about his home made rocket launcher ,the bbq ,white spirits and accidently/strategically placing fireworks in his mams show garden upside down and blowing the biggest craters in the flower beds and showering us with dirt blue dragoon would have been proud of him.

when using explosive material you must be in full control
so no fireworks then
just have to set the roads alight then
looks like a bit of an extention on the extention on the run then is it
