I've got mine pre-booked in for a service (60K), which includes fluid replacement - so I've asked carnetix to change the hoses too - Becky quoted me 1litre of 5.1 for the job - hope that helps,

the brakes are the 1 thing that need sorting on my new car that im picking up at 10

 

these make a real difference to the braking feel and when on track they keep that feel for longer and under serious abuse with some proper fluid in there too - worth getting some RBF600 fluid aswell at the same time. you will need about 1 litre.

I have paid, phoned on Friday 13th to be told that they had not despatched all of the lines yet, something to do with supply.

 

Yes called with details a week or so ago

 

i guess that is the reason why they are delayed then

ASP will not charge any cards until dispatch.

 

When I ordered last Friday they said it was likely to be the end of this week when orders would be dispatched.

 

quick update............

majority of orders have been despatched today to be with people tomorrow, would envisage the rest will be there Friday............

Having my fluid replaced at the next service by carnetix - they've added an hour to the bill to fit these lines (£40 I think)...(Though I guess that might cover both of them working on it ?).

will cost about £40 to fit and fill your system with some luverly dot5.1 at any decent garage. Although, I'll be doing mine myself
