There are some funny bits, but these are few & far between TBH
Last Castle is about an Army prison camp, James Gandolfini (Tony Soprano) plays the evil Gov & Robert Redfern plays an old Sergeant who all the prisoners all look upto, they build a wall inside the prison & band together & Gandolfini no like so he bulldozes it down, he also tries to get Redfern sectioned - not complicated, just lots more about the film - V Good
Better crack on, back ASAP
Have fun!

This is what i thought, to be the best meant giving up a lot and yep i knew many instructors/fighters who were either split up/divorced or were always in the doghouse with her indoors. being the best fighter or instructor normally involves training outside the Dojang.
I never met a really good fighter at the top of his game who only treained a couple of days a week with the club. It was normally 4-6 days a week. which then puts any social life or family life on hold.
I was told a lot of the TAGB committe ran at least 2-3 clubs a week which meant at least 2 days for each club in the evenings plus Saturday mornings. but on top of that for them to retain their fitness levels and TKD levels of skill they trained during the daytime 3-5 days a week.
Life - What life?
