arh as i also seen this Impreza going down the a46 a little faster than 70mph 
Sounded wierd as it went past, looked liked it had a vortex style exhaust but as the guy as i was travelling with described it, "that sounds a bit rough". Can see why now if its got equal length manifold.

I know this is an old post but i can almost guarantee i know who it is, hehe!
He's spent about 8 or 9K on engine + mod's, it sounds horrible though- like it's dropped a valve or the bottom end has gone but it's the huge equal header's. A recent race with a STi Spec C - with a rolling road print out 378Bhp, the Blue Classic pulled away with flames blowing out the exhaust!
It's a monster!

Not a dumb *** I didnt know till I looked it up - they connect the anti roll bar to the lower suspension arm.
On UK turbos they are plastic and they flex decreasing roll resistance.
The alloy ones are solid. They improve a std arb and are essential for an uprated one.
Sorry to say they are now sold.
PS As yours is a WRX it may have alloy arms with solid links anyway

ive been on this thread a few times, waved for the last 18 months in and around kenilworth. im only hear once a week usually on the way to leamington or api to look at how to spend money.
any way
ive had my crecit card copied 3 times this year, and for the coughin life of me i could not see a pattern where this was happening.
untill tonight when i was sat in my local in kenilworth when i over heard a conversation about credit card fraud. three guys were chatting and
i had only met one of these three guys once but we had all had our cards copied this year and we all use BASSALL COMMON SHELL PETROL STATION.
it might be cheaper but pay cash not your card
i may be wrong
but imnot usually when i decide who is to blame
i might go round tomorrow to chat to the manager if he is thereon my way home, but it will be after 7pm so i doubt if i will get any sense
hope this has not happened to anyone else

Everyone is reporting these places as were they had their cards cloned and Shell are doing Bu**er all !!!

Just so happens that a lady at my work told me earlier that both her and her husbands cards were cloned within the last week, guess where...Balsall Common Shell station.

went to balsall common shell tonight on way home. spoke to the manager and he told me all the staff have changed this week and an investigation has begun. apparently every other person thats been in there the last few days have all had there cards clonned.
we just goto be carefull and use cash more to eliminate the risk
