Nice, you'll have to give supertouring and Andy_s some tips on setup, as they've both had ast's fitted in the last few months, andys only last week!

Seriously guys, if it's your first trip, give it time and take it easy, I'm off to visit a mate of mine later in intensive care to see how his punctured lung and assortment of broken bones are doing
On a brighter note, the weather's lovely at the moment and it's supposed to stay that way all weekend, fingers crossed it does
