Seriously guys, if it's your first trip, give it time and take it easy, I'm off to visit a mate of mine later in intensive care to see how his punctured lung and assortment of broken bones are doing 
On a brighter note, the weather's lovely at the moment and it's supposed to stay that way all weekend, fingers crossed it does
