what was your car before your first scoob?
Turbocharged Clio 16v. Timed and proven as the fastest Clio in the country bar none. Until someone stuck an Audi TT lump into a 1.2 new shape Clio, but I didn't count a 'foreign' engine as legitimate anyway...
Probably the only person ever to move from a Clio to a WRX and find it significantly slower LOL but on the plus side, I've had a double mattress, a kitchen sideboard and a sofa bed in the back of the wagon (not all at the same time!), which I couldn't do in the Valver.

1998 Impreza 2000 AWD Turbo (became chartered and started to make some decent dosh - woo hoo)
2004 Impreza WRX STI Type UK (with all the right mods) & 1988 205 GTI trackcar
Funny, here I am with an amazing road car and to be honest, the RS days were the most enjoyable overall. The scooby is fast as **** and a rewarding drive however, call it nostalgia or whatever, but the 80's hot hatches/ cossies did it for me....ahhhhh fond memories...............so nice to see others routes in RS's GTI's etc instead of these young gimps in Corsas and Puntos etc..............

First car I drove, 45 minutes after passing my test,was a . . . . . . . .. . .
Scoob, 99 Red Mica Classic. X383 VDN
Then I got a Nissan Sunny 1.4 for Christmas.
I must admit, never let me down, always cranked up first time.
Thats Subaru for You.

Fiat Brava... am I the only one to admit ever having bought one
Complete piece of sh*t, only thing more cr*p than the car was the aftersales service. Warranty may as well have been written on toilet paper and left out in the rain. Thieving gits!!!
My hell with garages ended with my DBM 2000MY classic saloon which I had until last Feb when me & the wife became ex Mr & Mrs.
Then had to go to a seemingly good P reg Mondy V6 only to find it had "issues"! Lasted over 18months before it died... in the end was going through 2 litres of coolant every other day, but it still started and ran superbly to give it it's due.
Managed to get £200 for it 3 weeks ago and now have a super duper green wagon, 99MY which I am absolutely loving!
