Can someone tell me - what would the "fast road with odd track day" spring rates be for a MY01 UK WRX? I thin 50/30 seems to be popular?

IMHO:
50/40 would feel good, 60/50 will be 'focused' but sound in most roads, though B roads will be hard to drive fast.
Wonderful on the track though.

My classic runs AST 3 way @ 60/50.

 

For the road IMHO: 50/40
For road track: 60/50 (much more focused)

You all will NOT regret this investment I assure you.

Guys:
After the corporate track day i did today doing Fast Laps for Championship Sponsors, i have NEVER driven the Impreza so hard and with such abandon.

The 3 way AST are just SO FANTASTIC I never realised the car could carry such speed and such grip.

I was stunned.
So were my 12 passengers.

That's good to hear, but having just booked in for the 12way Stage 3 rather than the all singing and dancing 3ways I hope they're a good investment too!!
