I was waiting at a junction, then wallop. Rear ended by a young lass
She asked me how much it would cost to repair, because mummy may pay for it. Although the damage didn`t look that bad. Cracked numberplate & scuffed bumper. I knew that she had done more damage.
She had completely smashed the impact bar.
So it is at the garage getting repaired. Should have it back in a few weeks.
A week before Christmas too. I hope that things go better for us this year as the last few have been nightmares with one thing and another.
It wasn`t the Scoob. I would have gone ballistic if it was.

Ange is slowly recovering. She`s a toughie
Apart from that fine, things can only get better
I am thinking of organising a run out somewhere, possibly to the coast in the near future. This will be a steady run *ahem*. Would anyone be interested? I could take my camera & take some piccies for those who want to update their profile. So locations etc can be thrown in as ideas.
The last few years for me have been difficult, healthwise. So I have found it hard to organise things as well as I should have done.
But, this is a new year, a fresh start. So off we go.
Alan has sorted out the stickers for us, thankyou.
T-Shirts next?
Please let me know what you think. Its time to get this ship in order
Kind Regards
Ant

Have you been spending again Alan?
As for when & where, I was just putting feelers out. Open to any suggestions that you may have.
I`ve done your DVD for you.

It may mean an early morning blast up to the coast, then onto Elvington for the afternoon, who knows?
Open to any suggestions that you may have. The sooner we can get this club up and running the better.

Like the idea of a drive out....Where we going? Dales up the A59 towards Hawes? or Whitby / Brid on B roads? Or up onto the Moors around Rosedale, Blakey Ridge and see where we end up? Getting new rear tyres on Friday incase its wet....

Open to suggestions Bob. This could include a photo stop, fish n chip stop?
The run will be to cater for as many people as we can. Even if it does involve fish n chips twice
Whatever folk want it shall be built it into the itinery. Within reason
Although I do like the idea of a blast up the coast. I did, Pickering then onto Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay last year. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Not been down Blue Bank for years though, bit steep. Wouldn`t like to try that on slicks.

One of the rears is getting close...The Moors option gives us the Lion on Blakey Ridge for nose bag. From there we could head towards Whitby or Rosedale, Lastingham etc. RAcking my brains to think of another great drive we did recently...40 really does hit your memeory I'm finding...
