Can I ask those attending to put next to their names, not only if they have booked their tickets but if they would like food. then i can work out how many burgers, sausages, buns, kebabs etc to get. please also put if you need veggie option.

food is all in hand. potatoes are just going on, the rolls are in the boot and the burges, sausages and kebab meat will be coming out of the fridge and going in the cool bags / boxes (cheers tiny) in the morning. will need some helpers to take some stuff off me at thurrock., car will be running on the bumpstops
