Unfortunately I have been selected for Jury service on the 16th October and it is due to run for at least 2 weeks, which means I will miss the opportunity to attend this!

I was wondering if there are two kind folks attending the November tour who would be willing to swap with myself and Frayz?

You can have bubs place as he is going on this one? I was thinking of using myself but am willing to let you have it if you want

Now Bubs is on this one Frayz can take his spot on the second tour which leaves a spare place on this tour for a reserve.

Why is there now a missing place?

 

Because Bubs was on both lists.

I put Frayz in his space on the other list (after speaking with Her at the back) and I have swapped with Cornelius.

 

So I need to give some money back/hold it over to the next trip?

Whose cheque do I have to pull out of the 1st trip?

 

There is a sub on the second tour, maybe he wants to go on this one and fill the empty space.

As far as I know, the error arose when you brought Bubs from the second list to replace Gangsta, Bubs was never removed from the other list though, so the spare space was actually on the second list. Frayz jumped in the spare spot and I have swapped with cornelius, thus moving the spare space from tour 2 to tour 1.

Does that make sense?
