Everythings going well, just waiting....................

i got lots of snow 
always do, live out in the sticks me 
but managed to struggle through 2 hours of traffic to get to work (pointless!) i'll probably run off home if it gets real bad though, cos i'll not make it up t'hill!!
heard the funniest thing on the radio this morning too, they were talking about the snow (nothing else much going on) and said along the lines of...
"for your information, that small white stuff falling from the sky is called snow, and in modern developed countires they have things called ploughs and gritters to deal with this stuff when it does fall, unfortunately for britain, the government has spent all the money on buying banks instead"

That last bit is so true, and how come on most estates they have boxes of grit to use, or get gritted but private areas dont get anything or is that just kirklees.
Just had to move the car onto main road a 10 min walk away just in case flis goes into labour or to get to work so we can get out.
Still snowing up here quite heavily, already half way up my shin so about a foot deep.

terrible isnt it? we've got a box, but its usually being sat on by the teeni-winos.
i've had to come home from work cos its got so bad though, i really struggled to, good job me daddy cleared the drive!!
they're predicting some proper big snow tonight, get t'news on!!! think they're over-estimating myself... it'll all melt by 5pm
crossing me fingers that your young'un doesnt decide to make an appearance while its bad!!

We,ve had a great snow day 
No school or work
Built a snowman, been sledging and my girls whooped my *** in a snowball fight
Girls are defrosting in the bath, Hot chocolate is waiting for them.

morning chaps, i had rather an unfortunate evening yesterday...
for the last couple of days i've been thinking.. blimey, my exhaust sounds a bit poorly, i'll have to have a look... then forgotten all about it.
last night, turned up my hill... blimey... sounds looooooud (and not good loud either)... chug chug chug... and some exhaust is now missing... boooooo!!!
so, i did actually own a car as loud as a scoob yesterday, but, it was a broken loud... not a sporty one!
hence i am now driving one of the fleet cars and my monster is in the garage getting his bum pipe fixed!
hows everyone else? no bum pipe trouble for you lot?
