Watched England Saturday evening, had to leave a full pint, went back to hotel and promptly started emptying my bowels. Then was sick twice and continued with bowels all night. Great way to lose weight
Almost recovered now, had a quiet day yesterday with no beer

mmmmm curry, was day-dreaming of one yesterday, could almost taste it!! yum yum!!
i'm working from home today, my eye has swollen up again and i'm cryign blood now although that sounds very james bond, its rather poop to be honest, cant see a thing and its just gammy!!!
