Mmmm ... there is still some liability there. If you are the Director of a bankrupt (which you would be if sued) company you cannot hold another Director or Partner position for a number of years.
Still, made me laugh.

Agreed but I'll worry about that when it happens!
Solicitors cost a fortune and if they know they are only getting £4 they are hopefully not going to bother

Apart from the liability we dont hold email addresses on our servers partly due to the dataprotection act ...couldnt be arsed to join! BUT mainly as we wanted those that upload to be as safe as possible from any prosecution too!
There is a personal note from the shareholders in the privacy statement that I think sums it up
And Brum daisy one of the shareholders is a woman and I know that she can be more spiteful with the written word than a photo will ever be (rearrange till it makes sense )

Company insolvency does not automatically mean disqualification form acting as a director.
There are many more criterion which need to be met
