After great deliberation, soul-searching, sums-doing and viewing the car, I have decided I'm not going to buy it. It's three grand over book, and the colour will affect the resale.

£16,999. Litchfields have a sonic blue one with 10,000 fewer miles on it for £14,000.

Ahh come back earlier, looked at it a little closer doesnt look too bad.

Doesnt seem as special as the one my brother had though.

I asked one of the guys in parts and he said what a few people here said that the original owner had it factory painted in the colour on request.

But as you say, 16k is rather expensive

It's 17k. As a comparison, they have a WR1 in there for under twenty grand.

lol i never look at new age scoobs, always think of them as being out of my reach financially but in reality they arent as expensive as i thought
