Is the plan still to give the charity money to the Richard Burns Cancer Research? as per the Origional RR day?

 

The money raised on the 1st rr day back in feb went to stepping hill hospitals childrens unit andy. This was part of the competition winners perogative, to donate the money raised to a charity of thier choice. Tony, the winner, chose "the treehouse" at stepping hill.

I'm going with the same format again this time. The winner of the "guess the bhp" competition will get to donate the money to a charity of thier choice.

 

The origional I ment was the CADS RR that was in aid of the Richard Burns run

I think the CADS where expecting that the moneys where to go to that as was I, But I could be corrected on that

 

I'm sure I've spoken to Little H about this when I saw him at the rb relay.
At the end of the day, and as it's so close to the NBO, would it not be better to collect the money and hand it over to Lordharding for the Cancer Relief Charity there?

 

I agree with that as it was originally a CADS RR day and their charity was to be the RB appeal which im sure as subaru owners would not be a problem to anyone especially as 1 in 3 people will be affected by the evil cancer in their life.

 

Will have to cry off on Saturday as my motor is un-usable on the rollers.

Been to prosport today with my motor and got the main guy himself Pete, top man! Turns out its not the plugs its the Up pipe! So its booked in to be done a week a monday.

When asked if it would be okay on the rollers Pete replied "No, I wouldnt risk it!"

The up pipe is cracked or has a tiny hole in it and its sucking in air and causing the fuel mix to go crazy. Pete showed me the readings and said "That number should never be over 10%" and it was flickering around 14.9% didnt look what it was for!

Roll on a week on monday! so its off the main list and onto the spectators list What is it about my motor and rolling road days?

Sorry chris i can't afford the RR which is annoying as it would be interesting to see what differance a working Lamba sensor and the Walbro fuel pump make.
