Dont think it has been mapped but it is running well with them on. Got the original parts just not sure how easy they will be to put back on.
They'll be a doddle to fit expect for the resonator box in the wing. You could leave that off if you put a cold air feed into the airbox another way - ducting from the front bumper etc

Love what you have done with yours mate. Its looking good. Im not that brave when it comes to modding. In case I **** it up or it looks cr@p. Its hard when you see some the stuff people have done on here.

Cheers bud, but it just takes a little bit of imagination, some care and help from the guys and gals on here - it's surprising what you can manage
Whats that to the bottom left of the cone filter ? Has someone tried to make a feed for it or is that there standard. Cant see what purpose it serves and cant see where it goes.

That is the resonator box in the wing, it connects to the cold air feed that runs of the bottom of the picture. With the airbox it fits onto that pipe.

Hey guys I just noticed this thread and figured I would show my 02 WRX Bugeye from the US. I swapped it this past spring and put in a JDM EJ207 MY05 STi Spec C Type RA Engine, 6 speed and Brembo's. Essentially a fully converted Bugeye STi, which never existed in the US.
There is 2 styles, the buckets that are above and the airbag seats that I have. I believe the airbag ones where an option, but TBH the buckets are much better.
I'm adding some Sparco prodrive seats in the next few weeks provided the car passes its MOT
Jon and Dave - you're both correct. The seats in that photo are simply the bugeye WRX bucket seats with Prodrive emblems ironed / stitched on.
I know that because they're the same as mine (sans Prodrive embroidery! )
My 01 Y WRX came with the airbag seats. However, they annoyed me immensely because they had so little side bolstering that if you took a corner too quick you ended up sliding off the seat and literally crashing into the door which I found VERY annoying.
I sold mine and bought a set of front seats off Domster from his X reg bugeye and find them more visually appealing and SO much more comfy and supportive than the airbag ones - just needed a few resistors soldered in to stop the airbag light coming on

It's like JonMc said they are the JDM STi HID headlights. I also baked the housings, so I could fully paint them Flat Black. I did this so I wouldn't have the chrome bezels in front of the Projector and Blinker lights.
nah, done that to the old OE lights, just would even think of trying that to the STi ones lol
Ricey
Did you have problems baking your OE lights?
It's a pretty straight forward process, time and patience. I have baked and painted over 5 sets between myself and friends lol. I painted my JDM projectors because I don't like the chrome bezels. Now it's just a clean flat black
