PM from Al @ WRC Technologies:

Hiya
Regarding costs. I propose the following:-

12 cars minimum reqd to run an RR Day

12-20 cars @ £45 inc vat per car

21-30 @ £35 inc vat per car

31+ @ £30 inc vat per car

Prefer cash to any other form of payment please.

In order to ensure the numbers who say they are coming, actually come and everyone benefits from the pricing. I suggest a deposit cheque of £10 per attendee sent to ourselves 14 days prior to the event.

If we get 25 + confirmed cars we can get a buttie van to attend.

Cheers

Big Al

£10 deposit is required

Deposites paid ASAP

It is a big day at 30+ cars or so, it is therefore important that we have as early a start as we can i.e. 1 on rollers, 1 in workshop waiting to go on, 2 in our compound. In order to get through them all we need to run the 1st car as close to 08-30 as we can ! We can get through 5 cars per hour, once we are into the swing of it. Ideally a bog standard 03 plate or newer STi as 1st car up would be great, this sets the benchmark on BHP for the day.

To ensure we get through the full compliment of cars on the day including some breaks for our guys, a little bit of advice to owners where requested etc, it will be necessary for owners to ensure that prior to the car running they have checked all of the essential fluids [oil & water] and tyre pressure guages will be avail for you to check that all of your tyres are set at sensible pressures that are equal by axle.

Regards

Allan

FFS!!!!!

Looks like my car isn't going to be ready. Major problems with the mapping, its hitting the limiter at 4,500 rpm.

If the probelm is overcome today, I'll get the car back tomorrow. In which case, I'll be there. Otherwise I won't.

I bought the wrong set of bulbs (silver front indicator bulbs) if anyone wants them I just want to get the cost of them back £5

Pins are offset - so don't fit a classic, I should have checked for myself before buying them!!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...s/CIMG4539.jpg

I'll have them with me tomorrow

EDITED TO SAY, SOLD TO FRAYZ (as long as they fit)
