PM from Al @ WRC Technologies:

Hiya
Regarding costs. I propose the following:-

12 cars minimum reqd to run an RR Day

12-20 cars @ £45 inc vat per car

21-30 @ £35 inc vat per car

31+ @ £30 inc vat per car

Prefer cash to any other form of payment please.

In order to ensure the numbers who say they are coming, actually come and everyone benefits from the pricing. I suggest a deposit cheque of £10 per attendee sent to ourselves 14 days prior to the event.

If we get 25 + confirmed cars we can get a buttie van to attend.

Cheers

Big Al

£10 deposit is required

Deposits paid in BOLD

It is a big day at 30+ cars or so, it is therefore important that we have as early a start as we can i.e. 1 on rollers, 1 in workshop waiting to go on, 2 in our compound. In order to get through them all we need to run the 1st car as close to 08-30 as we can ! We can get through 5 cars per hour, once we are into the swing of it. Ideally a bog standard 03 plate or newer STi as 1st car up would be great, this sets the benchmark on BHP for the day.

To ensure we get through the full compliment of cars on the day including some breaks for our guys, a little bit of advice to owners where requested etc, it will be necessary for owners to ensure that prior to the car running they have checked all of the essential fluids [oil & water] and tyre pressure guages will be avail for you to check that all of your tyres are set at sensible pressures that are equal by axle.

Regards

Allan

Wongy, I've put you down on the list, pick a time mate

I have received a deposit cheque that suggests 20 or 21 cars are confirmed as attending. Can we close the list at 21 cars at £35 each then ?

I've had a couple of people asking to pay deposits after I sent the cheque off, so I said to pay in full on the day.

I very much doubt we will get more than 31 cars, as I haven't heard anything from people who hasn't booked in a time slot, dispite ample messages!!

Deposites paid ASAP

Regards

Allan

The draw is for the most accurate guess of your own car's actual power, I think it's £2 with £1 going into the draw, and £1 going to Charity.

I could be wrong as I'm not organising this part of the day
