I was shown the apparently HARDEST move that there is by the lovely instructor 
Where they grap the pole and invert with the legs right apart whilst upside down , and slid slowelt down to the bottom.....
As much as i tried to look cool and like yeah....what ever
i have to admit i was like this

Im just gonna go pick up my scoob from HT Autos, just had the call to say its ready, dont know why but im somewhat nervous

dont know why i was worried

But for now, its off to crappy work again
Might sign up to face book over the weekend, i just know its goin to get one of those marge simpson 'HHHmmmmmmmmmmm' from the missus tho
