your colour means rock all - its your alliance thats the key as they will pay £££ to make you there member - just make sure for your trades you deal with people from the same colour team as you get a happyness bonus eg - black trade with black etc

they have bumped me up to first in chain for the aid and they have added 50k extra for rep's 
plus i have a mentor and he said he will fund me when my aid slots open up
