Should be able to keep the Scoob as a weekend toy now, as the g/f gets a company van with her new job so I'll use her Corsa for the commute to work and mine for weekends and evenings.

Been on holiday Ste. Went to the Lakes for a few days so that took the majority of my absence. And I'm not under the thumb.

You look after them! I'd like SOME laquer left on them for the next time i try Oulton.

Justin, hope your ankle is less painful now. I broke my right ankle a few years ago so I know the pain (I imagine it's similar to childbirth but lasts 6 weeks)

That golf is a Gti turbo mate, high hilers can be had for £3/£4K easy

yes i know what your trying to do mate, the thing is cheap golf tdi's are quite rare, especially one that are anygood, most have been clocked about 4 times, so even a 140000miler should be showing aabout 250000miles, its a tired car ,!, they are too expensive for what they are, i would'nt advise you to get one, buy a skoda octavia, far superior car,
