Sounds like what i have in mind to be honest, would be great not to even have a bloody morgage

 

As I said thats the plan, going to keep a bit of the money back to do it up then we'll hopefully only have a 20/30k mortgage, if that, which is nothing really!! He's nearly finished the one he's at in marple so he's looking for something else at the minute! so having no money going out on a mortage means more money for having nice cars!!

God its a nightmare sorting everything out tho, were having the survey done on Monday now, and the solicitors are asking for there fees too, its all starting to move now tho i suppose, i much rather do this sort of thing and be your own boss tho, beats working for my boss anyway
