which means my big annual bonus in march/may is now calculated on my wage incorporating the monthly bonus, instead of just on my previous monthly wage minus the monthly bonus

1 will definately be Majorca as I like Majorca beaches are so clean and the sea is so calm and warm (at the right time of year)
