well done mate. what you doing with it? still renting it out? we get ours valued on monday as im re-mortgaging, get my new drive and im building a car port as well, that means so more bird **** on the car just after i wash it

the chippie is in hyde opposite a bakery and a pub and near a car sales place. Also near a train station (may actually be classed as Duckinfield)
