Are you saying that the big money you've spent in past seasons, which bought you success, was not an accomplishment also then?

There's no comparison - we won what we did with quality players from our youth system, plus a few big names we managed to bring in - completely different to the Chelsea mentality, i.e. buying quality players (and paying over the odds to do so) purely to stop other clubs from doing so, e.g. SWP.

Yeah we've spent lots, though over the past six or seven seasons only on a par with you? dont know the exact figures, £30 million for Ferdinand and Rooney not too much then?

Whats happened to your youth system then? Looks like you'll have to spend to keep up.
