I'm trying to work out the best way to meet for this drive out. Some of you are coming from North of the snake pass, and the majority from the South.
I was going to do a route from the Unicorn to the SP, but it's very "bitty", and I guarantee we'd lose someone on the way there
I'll have a think about it, unless you lot can come up with a good suggestion!
chris.

2 Mini groups, some at the h&h and some at unicorn. Then all meet at Snake pass.
H&H is easier for me, and it means I wont be going all the way up to the unicorn then coming all the way back on myself.

I know a nice route from the unicorn from my bike days, via the cat and fiddle, threw dove holes the turn left just pass dove hole heading over the hill on a great road towards a gliding club as if you were going to shefield then tun off go past there and go threwa village eventually ending up at the sheffield side of the snake pass. ill get the road names for you if you like

Imagine the sight as all the blue, silver and black scoobys come trundling through Glossop Would be pretty cool (although a little anorak )

Street lights in Glossop, whatever next!
The trouble is under streetlights its hard to tell the colour of one car from the next. This could be the test run for a proper CCC (Colour Coded Convoy) in the summer.

Ok, I've made a decision
Meet at the OUTSIDE INN on the roundabout at the end of the M67. Meet time is 19:30, for a depart of 19:45. We will head off in the above order, as there are people in each group that know the way to the snake. It's not a hard route, head for GLOSSOP, then head for SHEFFIELD
Let me know if you want to eat at the snake inn, as we'll let them know in advance.
Any problems, let me know.
chris.

Do we know if there is an overspill carpark at the pub? Not the easiest parking to get if I remember and quite limited on size.
