Only the 16 inch version (which is used for rallying as they are stripped down with throwaway parts), the 17 inch version is the more common version you see with the 17 inch alloys, brembo 4 pots etc (16 inch version has subaru 294mm 4 pots).

Dunno, they get stripped off and nice BIG alcons added
These are just throw away parts, same with the interior, just to make it road legal.

MY05 does not have the BBS alloys as standard - they're an option, and quite an expensive one IIRC. Most have the same Enkei wheels as the UK '05 STI.

just got to add,a lot of people are saying that insurance is cheaper on the inports???.in general, that is not the case, and even though jdms have a lot of advantages, think its unfair to get to biased!!.generaly insurance is higher, waranty can be a pig if you have a problem, n if you dont get it inported through the right channels, you probably be wanting a remap too!. cheers pete.

I thought that the insurance was going to be a fortune but I got quoted from L+V an extra £220 for a UK Sti an Extra £260 for a UK STi PPP and only an extra £180 for the JDM so I can only talk from experience. Also Phoned A plan and they want when I renew £728 for STi uk PPP and £648 for JDM Sti

Yes to be safe a JDM will need a remap! false economy not to do so!! But you can build this into your price.

Cheers Andy
