ya I have gone through 2 trannys and on my 2nd rear end but now I have had a tranny built £4000 so no more breaking it now it is a proper rally spec one same with the rear diff have had it done to match.The wife is ready to kill me after spending £25k in the last 8mths on it But hey it is the love

Forgive the newbiew question guys but has anyone got the PPP fitted to thier wagon? If so is it worth the £1700 the dealers want for it? And does anyone have the bigger 18" alloys fitted? Mightly tempted but need to know if I'm going to break my back on long motorway hauls with the bigger wheels

Turbo 2000 is the UK name, so it will be a wrx of some kind.

that looks like a import as it has folding mirrors and they only came on imports also it is a wrx not a sti as it only has the small fins and no side decals.

 

yep had it checked over today and it's a wrx import he did think it could be an early sti but not sure

 

it is not a sti that is for defo or it would have a red top engine and a sti strut brace also a decal on the belt cover that sayes tuned by sti cheers that car will be 208 bhp that is what they are from japan?

 

208bhp for jap 1995?? i thought they was 260bhp????

 

stanard wrx wagon is 208 some were 225 and sti was 260 I thuoght the same till i did some searching and got the info from subaru in Japan

I got the PPP, I think its given me 265 BHP I know there are some Subaru dealers that are doing very good discounts on PPP fitting, on the newage ones only.

I like it its not too noisy on motorway driving but sounds lovely when you give it a bit of welly, best of both worlds, as for the 18" wheels alot of people have them but I dont, and thats only down too my rather spending the money elsewhere
