hey guys i would just like to say i too am also a proud owner of what they call the awesome scooby wagon!

just a question though my mate has bought a sti wagon but i have noticed a few things its about a 1995 i think!or 1994 it has the sti plaque on the inner wing but yet it has no sti intercooler (has the excat same intercooler as my wrx!) no red inlet manifolds no sti rear lights and no sti rear spoiler! but it does have the water ic spray know is this fake sti or...?cheers guys and gals

hi guys & girls been looking through the different threads and im amazed at how many dfferent views there are on the subaru in general.I have a 93 wrx wagon which is the first scooby ive owned and so far im pleased with it but as shes an old girl im worried every time i hear a new knock or rattle but so far ive put a cat back system on and panel filter up front so not really sure what mod to do next so any ideas would be helpful!!

full de-cat, green panel filter and oe of those piggy-back ECU's that are mappable...

 

as im always skint now whats the average price for a mappable ecu and the mapping? and would i get alot more power with an uprated ecu on a old 93 wrx wagon wonder: as ive all ready got a cat back ninja system a pipercross panel filter and a bov although it does fill very torquey with just those mods but understand from a few threads on the forum that a 93 wrx wagon only has 218 bhp.

 

thanks SPANK ive had her for a year next month i started modding her from about the second month of owning her started by the expansion tank going so i uprated it then couldnt stop! i think you will be really happy with your choice of car mate as im one of those people who has a car for 4 months and gets real bored ive had her for a year now and i love it still not even a touch bored.

yeah they do come with about 220 standard bar the sti version which im not sure what power they run as standard to be honest.

its a jun lip spoiler that i had smoothed into the original bumper i think u can get reps for about 99 quid on ebay heres one:
