Thanks all for the reply's to my thread.
The system will be on saturday so I guess we will take it from there. It's her car at the end of the day so I will see what she says.
Some interesting points made and I have taken them on board for future reference.
Next thing now is a air filter to help support the system. Green Panel filter I am thinking.

on the mk1 172 i had once the new exhaust was fitted you could see the rubber mount peeling away from the inside of the bracket casting. This resulted in a knocking noise as it hit the rear axle beam which was made worse by the addition of eibach springs , From memory so don't quote me on it the rear bracket was about 10- 15 quid. Dead easy to replace as it had 3 x13 mm bolts (could be 15mm 0r even 10mm it was a while back when i did it and my memory is crap) that hold it in place.
