Don't forget, we're all part of the same community at the end of the day, linked by our love of the marque. I would love to come over with our newly invigorated club members, and meet up with you guys, presuming your representing the CADS.
Thats one for the calendar this year for sure.
lordharding

that is also on the list of things to do this year, and hopefully we can at least match the displays produced by the lads and wyioc. See you soon.
Voting looks like thursdays at the mo', which I'm happy with
chris.
Agreed let's all start acting like adults! We've big plans for the CADS in 2006 and would welcome new members etc

Thanks for that, I've posted on your thread over on the sidc, hope we can catch up with you all in february Merry xmas to you all

chief, the RB run is well documented over on the sidc, and we've already been asked by Trevor from the LADS if we can meet up with them for the days events, which I've agreed with. I think we've got some business to cover on the first meet of january, so hope you all turn up for it
Have a merry xmas everyone, and a great new year, only 1 night of work left to go

chris.

Looks like we've got a good turnout for the new year
Great to see you all showing an interest, and very uplifting after a year of poor turnouts and attendance.
Dont forget the run organised by supertouring on the 2nd jan, all are welcome, then we'll have our first meet of the year on the thursday after. For now, we're still at the h&h, but in the new year, we'll look for a new venue.

Been away for a few days and its "my subaru is harder than yours!". I am glad peace has been re-established. Looking forward to meeting the CADS, I have to admit that I did not know they existed !

For anyone who questions our runs out, all I can say is that you should come along and see for yourself. I bought my Scooby to drive it, and this is what we do, but not without regard for safety and other road users.

Mid week meets are an issue for me, but if it is a regular meet then I am sure I can arrange my times accordingly.

Our meets are predominately family orientated, so tend to be more "sober" affairs. and I'm not talking alcohol.

Must admit Macclesfield would make a better meet point for me as its about half the normal journey to the H&H. Would certainly make it easier to attend meets more regularly if its 30 mins each way instead of 60!

Sorry about my prevoius post but we have worked dam hard this year getting our club to where it is now, If you have come across hard times with your club there is no need to say you will go and nick members from another club.

As Cads we are members of the SIDC which is a wicked club to be involed withas i have been to many showsthis year which have been organised by the SIDC and CADS.

In August the SIDC organised a trip to Germany with SWRT which i went on along with another 16 scoobs from the SIDC.

If you want to come to our meets you are very welcome but please dont take the p**s.

Hope to see you all soon.

Merry Xmas and a happy new year.

Merry Xmas and a happy new year.

To be honest Pete it was set out as a jokey comment by Chris but obviously typing a quote on the t'internet can be taken out of context sometimes and of course if you spend ages sorting out your club and someone comes along with a comment, i suppose it could wind you up,

Having met a few Smacs i can honestly say they are a great bunch of lads and love their Scoobs, the club never died it just ended up with a small hardcore going out on runs.

Anyway judging by teh interest it looks like this could be a good start to the New Year.

Anyway Happy Xmas and i'll pop off - Santa's paying a visit down my chimney in a few hours!!!

Seeya soon folks
