Well my bro now has a V5 STi Type R and is very happy with it. I'm justtrying to learn as much about this car before he lets me loose on it and i can start upping the boost for him

 

thats what ive got, mines running a link ecu with 1.45bar of boost peak, think you can run the vf28 to 1.5bar with the right mods, which will be about 320bhp, mines on a consevative map and running just shy of 300
