So, Luan, you pay for your employees salaries? I would have thought calling someones kids ugly is slanderous/offensive etc and a disciplinable offense, so when they complain it is warranted. As an employer, if antics like commenting unkindly on colleagues' childrens' appearances is going on and you condone it, I am surprised you have any staff, tbh. You are paying them to employ them, YOU have responsibilities.

I never said I condone it I said its got **** all to to with me if you put pictures up of your kids in the office and someone makes a comment that your daughter is not very pretty don't waste my ******* time to tell me about it or a new rule will come into play that none of this rubbish is allowd at work. Mothers are a pain in the **** anyway luckily only one left now to get rid of and then I might have people working here who don't keep having to bugger off to pick up sick kids etc.

And I hope your wifes employer is as equally understanding and sacks her on the spot. And when somebody tells you that your kid to be is an ugly mongly fukcer, i hope you just smile and say thank you. If you can dish it out to other people just expect the return.

He came accross in his replys that he thinks it is OK to tell people that their kids are ugly, he calls mothers a pain in the **** and even calls them tarts and he cant wait to get rid of them. But you can bet your life if anybody did these things to his wife or child he would be the first one to stand up and shout discrimination.

I know it is not very likely!!! If he is going to be a dad himself then obviously he has a pregnant partner. That thought actually scares me because of the way he talks about his female staff, he calls them tarts and a pain in the **** and he seems to really hate kids. He cant seem to get his head around that we are proud to be mothers and have pictures of our kids at the desk to remind ourselves of why we get out of bed at 5.30am, we do it for them and that while we are at work we might actually miss them.
I really hope father hood changes him and makes him realise that although he is not the first, parenthood is fantastic (until they can answer back anyway), and people dont like having their children insulted.
