Yes I know that, but I am known as the local old fart come nutter. Steve is the serious one. Ian is now the bus conductor. I'm afraid you must be the **** artist
BTW I see Tracey let Paul drive her car again the other day.

I do let him drive it ocassionally. He dosen't need my car he has his own van which I rarely drive unless he wants me to take it for servcing cause he can't be bothered.

Looks like the Exmoor is still on, thanks to Bob for reccying the route last Sat(nice pics). I'll now work out a route.
The plan now is to leave Taunton B&Q for 10am(arrive approx 09.50) to do the usual plod across. Should be able to stop on the return leg for some Lunch in our fav' olde tea shoppe...
Let us know if you are going to make it.

Go on then I might be able to make it. Been in bed for the past two days with an abscess in my left cheek. (Face that is) My face ballooned right up like a smacked baboon’s ***. I have been on a few painkillers but I think they played up with my heart tablets, making me very drowsy and asleep most of the time. (Not unusual I know). The swelling has gone down considerable and tonight I might even try to shave. I think I will be back to normal on Sunday. If you could ever call me normal that is. Got on line to 1055 E-mails, been reading all day. See you Sunday at Gordano.

Hi Steve and all!
I'm really sorry but somethings come up and I won't be able to make it on Sunday after all.
I hope you all have a good time anyhow, which I'm sure you will!
Enjoy
Ron

Some nice April sunshine was out(at first anyway) for Tour de Exmoor!
All filled with McSawdust, we headed off across the moor(Bob, Ian, Chu and Steve only)
And enjoyed the excellent roads in virtual emptyness although Lynmouth was reasonably busy(nice fish"n"chips). I had some brakey moments with my recently installed new DS2000's and discs(needed some more bedding in)although they were much better on the way back.
Two airbourne moments and a slight detour picked up Paul(in traceys car!) for some more action. A few dribbles of rain didn't dampen any roads near the end of the run thankfully.
Anyway, thanks to everyone that came. Here's to our next run....
Steve.

Thanks for the entertaining afternoon chasing 4 loonies. I quite enjoyed that.
A few scratches from visiting the bank and hedges. Did you see the Granada trying to have a play as well.
Bob,
Thanks for stopping while re-fueling.
Sorry about the mix up, because I was stuck in a bit of traffic and you all disappeared I though that was it. If I'd known you were going for chat & drink I would have come along.
Cheers
Paul (My car)
Tracey (Not)
Paul (Oh yes it is)
Tracey (In your dreams)
Steve,
When is the next Mini moto night

Great day, I really enjoyed myself. Nice to see you again Chu, hope them Brembo's have stopped smoking. Ian’s and my Alcons were great no fade, and gave no problems. One of the fastest trips across the moors I have done and we all managed to stay together. Do not let me go to the front again, Its just to hectic. I just don’t know what sort of pace to keep up. Steve’s is a quick and comfortable pace. That was until I got behind him. Ian's new paint job was a waste of time, his front now looks like its been pebbledashed. Luckily the bodyshop owner plays golf. Ian also joins me as one of the pheasant killers. I had the body go under my car while a head and legs went each side of my screen.
I thought Paul done very well first time at high speed. I have seen him keep up with us boys. Leave her at home and borrow her car more often Paul.
Had a great time, Its Wroughton next lads.

Top day!
Enjoyable day had by all and most of the time together! That was by far the quickest i have been accross the moors when following Bob through the meteour shower!! How quick was that!!
I am now a pheasant plucker and the bumper shows the remains!
Brakes were good but need to invest in the Billstein kit when out.
Went very airborn on 2 occasions and engine just short of 120,000 miles. Was late for my tee off but exmoor is just TOO good to miss!
Bob,Dave See ya next tuesday

Paul,
I think i p###ed of the white granada driver as i blew his doors off at 130mph. Then i got stuck behind a couple of tractors carring parsnips or something and he tried to shunt me into back of them ! Needless to say he did not.
