Will be there - may get a couple of Evos along so that we can laugh at their cars doing only 12mpg and sounding like crap washing machines.
Also - as new downpipe is fitted, rides will be a possibility - Chuck, you just don't know what you're missing
See you Sunday.

Nearly forgot, if the guy I bumped into last Saturday in the Impreza version V type R (gun metal grey I think) is reading this, pop along if you can, if not drop a post here or email me, want to talk about your exhaust system...

Cheers, Alex

Just had a thought, we may have to move to the Quays (A331 mitchet turn off) pub after meeting at the Links Pub, depends on how many show... As I didnt expect so many, and just wonder whether the links can accomodate us all.. worst case, at 12:30 ish we move..
Just an idea, not a definite plan, call it on the day, so 11:30-noon @ The Links in fleet.

This fleet meet sounds like a tempting proposition
I shall try and make it up....so if any of you Thanet boys are reading this and want to travel in convoy???...
I'll have to try and sort out that stupid sequential vent to atmosphere dump valve I'm running...it's an embarrasment and I'm only getting about 150 miles to the tank...or this could be an expensive meet!!!
So when you here a cha cha cha cha choooooo...you know I've arrived

Ok, this looks like it may have to be shifted. The Links pub may not be able to cope as Alex points out. The QUAYS is not far enough and it should be easy to find (if i remove my headache from Chucks london adventure last night)
Should we have to move, then this is not an issue.....we can go in convoy and the Quays is excellent for food. (Alex...make a call to them just in case-forewarning them) Also please be aware that both pubs are Kids friendly on Sundays so no belting into the carparks!
Nito, I shall take a look at your dump valve because it sounds like your fuelling is messed up bad.

What is all this about changing the venue?
The Links has had up to twenty Scoobs there before - and what if people turn up late?
LINKS HOTEL - for MIDDAY, Sunday.
I'm too easily confused!

Dr Evil - top event - the Fleet Meet has come a long way since Jason, Penni and I had the first one at the back end of last year in the George and Lobster.
Brilliant day, lots of very interesting cars, eh, Nito? Lots of good people too.

Just like to say really enjoyed the meet - let's do it again soon
.
Plus I'd like to claim the award for the dirtiest car there
.
To the guy who followed me to the Quays in a green saloon, MY97 I think (mine was a green MY99 wagon, the one you couldn't keep up with
), I'm sorry, but I can't remember your name/BBS handle, please can you enlighten me.
Cheers

Just a quick note to all that made, to say thanks for coming, and glad you enjoyed it!
I think next time we should make the Quays the place to meet, kid friendly, stomach friendly and loads of parking room!
Great to put faces to names, and to see some awesome cars..
Thanks to all, perhaps we should make this the second Sunday of each month?
cheers, Alex
