All

What are the chances of any of the route being flooded if the rain persists over the weekend or next week?

According to my A***hole brother in law, who is one of the "over-enthusiastic" type of copper, as long as you pass a GATSO at over the 155mph mark, the second shot used for prosecution purposes doesn't getcha!

Urban Myth or not, it's worth a try!

On the 29th!

I'll fit some ski's and a prop to the car on sunday!

Russ

I was led to beleive it was 165mph, i went to a party couple of years back with the blokes from a serious bike magazine and saw the camera they tried it on, on the way there !

That GATSO thing is a load of `ol pony. Take it from me. I have seen a couple of pictures taken on the M4 and the bike ( R1 ) was well in excess of 155mph. Granted by the time the second picture was taken the bike was a small dot in the distance but the plate was still readable.
I know what you are all thinking.....and the answer is, that the bike was a stolen one.

Kris,

what sort of time are you expecting to get to brighton?

Unfortunately I couldn't make the Clang n ball as I have to attend a stag do.

Luckily though, the stag do looks like it's going to be held in Brighton which means I may meet up with you guys for breakfast or whatever at Brighton and possibly tag on to hastings!!

Is it the 29th that the clocks go back then...............???

If so, put your clock back and see you at 6.30 or leave it alone and see you at 7.30 ...! I think that's right anyway?

Oh my God.....I have just had a count up and there will be between 16 - 22 cars coming if everyone who says their coming does !!!

I have spoken with Carrots cafe ( Brighton) today and he is willing to open up a little earlier than normal at 8.30am for us so that we can get the jump on the locals. This will fit in fine with the time we intend to leave and should be about right.

*******Meeting time at the ESSO is still 6.30am with departure at 6.45am****

Arrival at Brighton cafe for 8.30am give or take 5 mins

If you are planning to come along could you do me a favour and e mail me direct with how many people you are bringing in your cars so as a courtesy I can let the cafe know how many people to expect. I will be phoning him on Tuesday so numbers to me or NO FOOD

I have just finished the Pace Notes for the trip which I will let you have on the morning BUT I wont be handing out Maps so dont forget to bring your own.
I think I`ve covered everything.......if not then let me know. Oh yeah ...the garage does sell Super u/leaded.

How often do you Clang-n-Ballers meet up?

Some coffin dodger has dented my door so I am not turning up with that, it'll ruin my aerodynamics!!
