yeah, torn between them... i think as they are bright at the moment they stick in your face slightly... maybe a few scrufs and scrapes and general wear and tear, should take the "shine" of them, then i think they may be ok?? but if not, BLACK IT WILL BE!!!

have a look at mine again, then imagine the same flaps with the swoosh on, squint a bit and there you go.
It will take some scraping to get them to dull down..remember these flaps take some stick and I think your car will be looking dull and dirty before these babies do

go over to the dark side man

same for me I am afraid. already done when I bought it.
try doing a search, there are tons of places that do them.

http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk
is a good example but look into any of the 3rd party suppliers in their styling sections.

hope that helps

Bringing an old one back to the top... just bought some second hand WR flaps and haven't a clue what some of the fixings are and where they go. I could obviously work it out but do any of you guys that have them fitted have the instructions lying about you could scan in and e-mail them to me. Would make fitting them a bit easier getting rid of the guess work Scott Lowe, STi etc would be helpful if nobody has the WR ones

Cheers,

Tony.

I'll take your word for it... not even taken the flaps out of the packaging yet really. I'm sure i'll work it out. The Prodrive/Wr ones don't need the use of a drill to fit either do they, unlike the Scott Lowe (1 self taper per wheel??).

A sort-of on topic question, I have just bought some scoobyworld flaps (in black) to fit on my MY00 UK turbo 2000 wagon and got some free white STi stickers with them - would you put the stickers on or leave them off!?

The car already has the STi6 front splitter and rear spoilers so it is sort of a look a like anyway!
