just split up ,hmm gotta say expect to feel **** until well you get another bird.
I've felt **** ever since i split up and although I am better now I still need to find another bird lol

go to a club on your own then, use it to your advantage...
in the club get talking to some girls and when they ask "where are your mates" say they left you all alone in there...
Trust me they will take you under their wing.

if your a loner why are you so bothered about splitting up with the girlfriend? as said above get your **** out and away from the computer. get a social life, take up a hobby, you'll then meet people with similar interests. think your just feeling sorry for your self, you need to snap out of it!

State of mind, that's all it boils down to. Find things that can shift it from the ever so slightly negative, to the positive and you'll have a completely different outlook.
Get your ar$e in gear, take up some hobbies/classes where you're gauranteed to meet potential friends and lasses and you'll stop think along the lines of my life's sh1te and empty. 2nd the emphasis on getting yourself into shape too.

Agree with the '*****' go to SN meetings, join random clubs. You don't need to really like the subject matter but its about ways of meeting people, remember even if its full of blokes i'm sure they've got girl friends and sisters and mothers (if you want!).
